How long it takes to change my account country?

My Question or Issue

I have had my Spotify account for a long time already, I moved from Brazil to Germany and kept using my account normally, paying with a Brazilian card. I realized that some features are available in Germany and not in Brazil, so I changed my payment method and country settings to Germany, with a German card. I also changed the address registered in the Family account settings.

I realized that, besides everything I did, my account is still registered as a Brazilian account and my communication emails are still in Portuguese (not that it matters, but this is just a confirmation of the account region)

Do you know if the account will only change when the first payment with the German card is processed?
