Hi all!
I've two Spotifty now: one old account that I use until now with Unlimited and a new, that I bought yesterday with 12 months on Premium.
Can I move my Facebook profile on new account?
When I try login Facebook in my new profile an error appears and I can't logout Facebook in my old profile.
How i can move Facebook in new Spotify profile?

If you get in touch with the customer services team directly using the online contact form they should be able to get that all sorted for you, including moving any playlists which you want and cancelling your old unlimited subscription (so you don't continue to be billed).
If you get an automated email reply back directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you as soon as possible.

You should get an automated email reply to confirm your case was submitted to the email address registered on your Spotify profile.
If you haven't got it, are you sure its not in a spam/junk folder and the email is correct?

Yes, I've already controlled (I can read mail from this community, for example, without problem).
Maybe I should resent a request to Spotifty support?
I would suggest you resubmit and see if you get an automated reply again. Its unusual that you didn't get one!
