How the heck do I get someone to call me

I am struggling hard with my account. Getting 2 different payments... I tried to cancel one account but it cancelled the family account instead of just the regular account.. I find it strange and really frustrating when I can't get help on something, I'm almost to the point of cancelling everything.

Welcome to the forums! Sorry to hear about your issue with cancelling one of your accounts. I will do my best to help you here.

Am I right in thinking that you wish to cancel regular account? If so, and you are able to get access to it you can do so by following the stpes here:

If you are unable to get into the account you wish to cancel let me know and I will give you some further steps.

Once that is taken care of you can go ahead and ask the family plan owner to re-invite you. Steps for them here:
