How to Change Country? Help page useless

When I created a new spotify account to join in my sister's Family account, there was NO OPTION for country. It automatically set Singapore as my country and I wanted to create a PHILIPPINE account, because a) I already have a Singapore account and b) my sister's Family account is in the Philippines.

Your help page is useless because the only option I see under country when I get to the profile page is Singapore. I need to change the account for Philippines.

Hi @srendal, welcome to the community!

You should be able to change your country to whichever country your current IP address geo-locates you.

Do you live in Singapore or in Phillipines?

Are you using a proxy or VPN to access Spotify or the Spotify website?

I seeeee... I live in Singapore but I have a separate phone with Philippine sim card for when I go to Philippines to see my family (I'm Filipino). So then it means I can only change location (and accept my sister's invitation to her Family account) when I'm physically there, right?

As long as your phone has Philippine's IP address then you should be able to join her Family Account. And as long as it's not in the restricted internet.
