You need to cancel your current subscription first. Otherwise, you will be charged twice. Don't worry, you won't lose your remaining Premium time. Then, you can renew your subscription here.

I canceled my service with Spotify 3 months ago I haven't used it it wasn't working you just took two payments off of my card give my money back today!!!
