I can't cancel my subscription and there is no phone number or email to call. I find this an extremely lousy treatment since the web faq may not always be enough to solve a subscriber's problems. Help me!
If you get the option to change your password on your Spotify profile, then your account was not created via Facebook. I would suggest getting a password reset for your account and see if that will allow you to cancel.
To get a password reset: 1. Go to https://www.spotify.com/password-reset/ 2. If you get redirected to your online profile (where you need to current password to make the change), you are still logged into the website. Click on your name at the top and choose Log Out. 3. Return to https://www.spotify.com/password-reset/ and you should be able to request a reset by entering your Spotify username (rather than your email address).
