How to change country without credit card?

Hi My Spotify premium account was in France for the last 2 years. My brother who lives in Colombia got me an EGiftcard for 1 year. I can't redeem the giftcard as it was bought in Colombia and my account is in France. I tried changing my country but couldn't as I need a credit card in Colombia. How can I redeem the giftcard? Please help!

Basically, you can only redeem the gift card from where it was purchased, but since it was a gift for you from your brother in Colombia, you may want to reach out to Spotify directly as for sure they'll help you check if they can provide a solution for you.
