How to change my country if I'm in a different one

My Question

I'm currently living in Indonesia but I want to change my current location to somewhere else, like the US. Is that possible? The content from Indonesia is actually quite bad so I'd like to explore some other options.

Unfortunately, you can only listen to the music that is availble on Spotify in your region.
