How to contact support

Hi,

I don't know why, but I seem to not be able to find how to contact the support for spotify.

My bank account is being charged for spotify, and I hadn't signed up to the site let alone the premium service. So I was wondering how I can cancel that payment (Ididn't have any account, and just signed up today to ask this question, so I can't just cancel the subscription).

Support usually replies within 24-48 hours.
