How to deal with Miss Charge and get a refund back?

I was charged my normal 9.99  for my spotify subscritpton but then I was also charged 4.99 for a spotify Subscription as well! Im not sure how i should go about contacting spotify so they can fix the problem. So if anyone knows why i was charged the extra 5 dollars or how i can get a refund or some sort of credit for the next month or something it would be really helpful.

That is odd. Could you have another Spotify Premium subscription, like a Student Discount tied with that payment? If not, you should contact Spotify directly by tweeting @SpotifyCares or using the contact form to get in touch with a member of the staff. Please make sure, after you've sent the form, to reply to any automated email you'll receive, even if it's a no-reply. Support usually gets back within 24-48h.
