How to delete a spotify account

Hello, I am trying to delete a spotify account. I made my first spotify account logging in with facebook, however I found out about the student discount and proceeded to create a second account with my student email. Now I am trying to delete my facebook linked spotify account in order to link my student account with facebook. Does anyone know how to delete a spotify account?

That's a good question 🙂 You can ask to delete your account by going here or, if you wish, you can get in touch with Spotify directly and have your two accounts merged so your music and playlists can transfer over to your new account! You canget in touch with them on social media (Twitter or Facebook) or by using the contact form. Make sure, if you use the latter, to reply to the automated email you'll receive directing you back to the help pages, even if it's from a no-reply!

Support usually gets back within a day or two.
