How to delete recently played in new 2019 app?

I can't seem to post to the ongoing issues page. If anyone can help me figure this annoying problem out I would appreciate it.

Currently, there is no way to delete your Recently played on the Spotify app. If this is something you'd like to see in the future, I'd recommend creating a new Idea on this here.

Thank you for the reply. I find it astonishing that nobody else feels this way about being about to delete the recently played music, it was in the old version of the app and that was 10x better. Wht clog up your recently played music if you're just checking out an album and dont like it? I rather have more freedom!
