You can turn on Private Session, which does not notify your followers of what you are listening to, and your account activity. If this is what you're referring to - you can enable this option by following these steps. 

If you do not want to have a Spotify account anymore, I understand and I am sorry to see you go. You're able to delete your account following these steps.
