How to disconnect spotify from unidays

Hello,

I had to make a new facebook account, so my spotify premium does not work for my new facebook account. So I decided to unsubscribe from spotify premium with my old facebook account. Then I wanted to connect my new facebook account with spotify - but it didn't work because I could not use the student discount (4,99) because my old facebook account is still connected with with unidays. 

Unidays told me that spotify support has to disconnect the linkage between unidays and spotify - so that I can use my new facebook account with my new, connected spotify account. 😛

Yeah, it´s complicated, but I hope you know what I mean. 1 week ago I tried to contact the spotify support but they didn't answer yet.

I hope someone can help me. 😕

Hi @8Harri. How did you previously try contacting support? You can reach them via @SpotifyCares on twitter; messaging support on Facebook; or through this contact form. Please try using one of the other methods that you have yet to use, and they should be able to take care of the issue for you.
