Issue

I am paying for premium that was set up on my Xbox console. I have £9.99 deducted from my PayPal account. I know I singed up first the subscription service. But I have no access to my log in details. Now with a new Xbox I can’t access my sportily account. As I’m not getting the service. Should I raise a dispute with PayPal?
