The short term solution here would be to change your paypal password through the paypal website. If it's account you share then you can access payment options through this page too, which should help! If you don't have access to the account but your payment information is attached to it then get in touch with Spotify Care through this anonymous contact form, you'll not need an account to chat with them then.
