How to get back my old account?

First of all, I found that my playlists are gone and my friends are unfollow after I have change the app setting on facebook,

it becomes a username: 1281500778 when I try to found my old account.

I have already fill in the contact form and reply the 'no-reply' email, but still nobody contact me.

I just want my old account back,can someone help?

I have just started having the same problem with my account showing no playlists or "follows" as well as artists that I was following, all of which I had in my prior account.   I also had a spotify "premium" account.  Can someone provide any guidance as to how to obtain my original account?  Very frustrating.

Try following the steps outlined in this post and see if they can get you back into your original account. If not, there is a link in that post to get in touch with the Spotify team directly as the support team will need to lend a hand.

Peter could you help me out with getting back to my old premium account 1127079874 (for which I'm paying)? I'm stuck in a new account 11165311217, which I don't want. I've tried everything.
