How to get new account ??

Hi, 

Yesterday I went to create a Spotify account for the first and when I entered in my email address, it said it was already being used. I was able to reset the password and log in but none of this info is mine except the email address.  How do I reset everything so it shows as if I was a new user?  I don’t his username nor do I want any of this guys music because he’s from a different country. 

 

Any info is appreciated.

I suggest you contact support so they can help you

Support will be able to help you delete the account and free up the email address so that you can create a new account with all of your details and music preferences.

 

If you get an automated reply email telling you to check the help section or the community, you need to reply back to it, even if it's from a no-reply address.

 

Support usually replies within 24-48 hours.
