How to get someone from Spotify to reply to you?

I have tried sending you various messages and I have had no response so I am trying here.

I think it would have been a lot easier if you had a support email where everyone can send their problems?

Anyway!

I am a member of Spotify, and I have been trying to connect my NUS card so I can get the premium 50% off,

I have tried reporting it as a problem, but on the list of 'error messages' there was not the error message I am receiving

(which is 'feature unavailable, please try again later', so I chose another error msg (like for example 101) and I have sent you at least 3 msgs.

I also contacted NUS in the hope that someone will help me.

Could you please help?

Is this via the online contact form?

What error exactly are you receiving?
