How to invite family members into Premium Family without email accounts?

My kids does not have email accounts. How do I invite them into Premium Family?

This really depends on the age of your kid and the country you're located in. For a regular Spotify account, a unique email address is required for a successful sign-up.

Spotify is designed to be appropriate for listeners 13+ years of age, although the minimum age for using the service varies according to local law. You can find the minimum age for your market in the sign-up flow. 

If your kid is below that age, you can use Spotify Kids which does not require a unique email address as it runs under your own account.
