How to login in for family member

My Question or Issue

I've added a family member (some years ago). Now, she can't login with her display name and we don't know which email address she is registered with, and I can't find it in the account setting for the family plan.

Her user name has been set automatically to something like 20 random letters and is not user friendly, so it is useless. How can we log in to her account?

We'd suggest she gives these steps a go in order to find the username. In the article there are also steps for checking the username while using the cache files on the device.
