I always link premium account with Facebook, I just want to know how to create useranme and password.

I suggest you contact support so they can help you with this:

Facebook accounts can only be signed into with your Facbook, but if you want a username and password, then support should be able to help move you over to a new Spotify account that uses a username and password without losing your music.
