How to manage account on broken phone

How to manage account on broken phone

So I have my 3 accounts used up. On my phone. iPod. And tablet. But it's also on my old phone that i recently broke. The screens black so I can't log out or delete the app. Is there any way I can delete the account off my broken phone? Or am I out of luck cause of me not being able to access the screen. I delt with it. But I'm getting annoyed with the message saying I have it on too many devices and I can't do anything about it. The broken phone still turns on. Just the screen doesn't light up. Please help

Hello and welcome to the Spotify community!

Have you tried the "log out of all devices" option found in your subscription page? There was an old issue about forcing a log out that can help further here! 🙂
