I want to know how to send in a serious complaint about spotify to an email which is not their regular support one. I have had an issue with them for the past week, and their approach to it is claiming that they are working on it and never following up to copy and pasting responses. They have no intention of taking the issues at hand seriously, and as someone who paid for years for this service, it is quite frustrating. If anyone else is having an issue with them, please connect with me. Does this company have no accountability?
