Hello, I'm Jose!
I joined the Rock Star Program recently and I got the rank of Rising Star. I continued making several posts and helping many people but I didn't get any points nor rank up (my percentage bar is still in 0%). I know it's not just a matter of posting and ranking up but I'd like to know if there's something else I need to do in order to rank up or if I just have to keep helping users, starting topics, getting kudos...

I'd recommend creating a post in the community issues board describing this issue so that a community moderator can take a look backstage.
Let me know if you have any trouble accessing the community issues board.
Note: The community issues board is only accessible by users (like you) that are members of the Rock Star Program.

I just took a look at your post in the community issues board; you did a great job describing your issue and posting the screenshot! Hopefully, a community manager will be able to take a look at your post and resolve this issue soon.
