How to remove facebook picture and name

I have a spotify account and then somehow my wife's facebook got connected to it. I went in and went to the preferences and disconnected facebook, but I still see my wife's picture and name (from facebook). I've tried reinstalling as I've seen in other threads. How do i remove?

i hve the same problem, except with some old account, i even went to delete it from facebook but it´s still there. And the connect with faceboook place shows that it´s not connected..........................

I have exactly the same problem - I disconnected facebook from spotify, removed all spotify apps (iPhone, iPad, Mac), made a new installation and nothing helped, Facebook is still "somehow" linked to the spotify application (name + picture of my wife still there).

Any ideas on how to move forward?

Yes, Spotify Support time was able to help and the problem was solved.

ere you go:

This is how you connect/disconnect an account to Facebook:
Open your Preferences.
Windows: Edit > Preferences.
Mac: Spotify > Preferences.
Scroll down to Social.
Click CONNECT/DISCONNECT FACEBOOK, and enter your details.

Important (here comes the most important part) When you disconnect from Facebook, the changes might need 24hrs to reflect. Be patient and the next time you log in after 24hrs, everything should be fine (this was the case for me)
