Could you try removing the local files from the folder you've linked to the app?
If that doesn't remove them, try performing a clean reinstall on both devices, as this will remove all data associated with Spotify from your devices. Here is how to do it.
If the issue still persists, we'd need some more device setup information as brand/model and operating system coupled with the troubleshooting steps you've already tried.
