How to reset your account completly?

How can I reset my account completly. I want to start over on my spotify. I know this sounds wierd. But i want it to forget everything i have been previously listening to or ever playlist i have ever made.

there are two ways of going about that - deleting the account and creating it fresh, or having it wiped
