How to retrieve password on old email address?

I've been a premium user for years now and at some point my account linked to facebook and the login became facebook. As of yesterday I de-activated facebook and now can't log in. I know my username (not this one) but can't retrieve my password as it's an old email account. Can an admin at Spotify update my details for me to allow me to retrieve my password?

If I can't get this sorted, I'll simply cancel Spotify all together and stick with Tidal.

Hey @user-removed thanks for posting in the Spotify Community! 

You'll want to reach out to Spotify Care for that one, they should be able to access old user information and get you back, up and running. You can reach them through this anonymous contact form, it wont need any user ID. 

If you get an automated reply email telling you to check the Knowledgebase or the Spotify Community, you need to reply back to it, even if it's from a no-reply address. Spotify Support usually replies within 24-48 hours.
