My Question or Issue

Hi,
I am currently getting billed for spotify and the only details I have are what I see on my credit card statement.  I thought I might be paying on behalf of one of my kids or something, but no one seems to know or use Spotify and so I want to stop the billing, but have no account details to log into the account.

I created this account just so I could log in and get some help.

Hi,

I've tried what is suggested here.

I do see a Spotify account associated with Facebook.  Unusual for me as I don't think I've ever done this before.

I do see an account number there, and there is a button that says remove.  But I didn't want to check remove as I'm not sure what that does.

 

I did try to login using facebook, but it tells me that there is no facebook account connected to Spotify.

 

So, the good news is that I have an account number and can see it in Facebook, but I'm still not sure how to proceed to cancel my subscription.
