How to switch a phone from a userid - how to get a second user id for my second phone.

I have two access to spotify premium - 1 for each phone. But they are both using the same account id.

How do i proceed to keep the current account id to a specific phone, then get another account id to the second phone.

I made the mistake when registring from rogers account and it cannot be changed from rogers once it is set. Help !!

I was able to solve the issue with my provider (Rogers). Earlier today they told me it was not possible to change the userid. And it could take up to 30 days to get a cancelation.

Then later i used the chat support with them, and asked to remove my package (allowing me to get spotify for free)... Then to put it back in place. That did the trick by reseting the userid registered on both of my cellular. Then i was able to re-assign my userid to my phone, and a new userid to my daugter's phone. And voilà - in 10 minutes it was resolved (no 30 days to wait).

So if users from Rogers (Canada) have a similar issue, now you know where to go to get it fixed.
