How to tell if my account was created with Facebook?

I want to delete my facebook but I can't remember if I created my spotify with my fb account. How do I tell if its safe to delete my fb without deleting my spotify?

To check if you created your account using Facebook or using an email/username & password, click the downward arrow next to your profile > Settings > Social. If you see an option to Disconnect from Facebook, your account was made using an email/username & password. You can press that, then your Facebook account is A-OK to be deleted 🙂 If you don't see that option, it means that you've created your account using Facebook.
