How to unlink playstation account that I have no access to?

Some time ago I logged in to a playstation to which I have no access.

I need to have that playstation unlinked from my spotify account.

Wht can I do?

PS: Please don't tell me to go to https://link.playstationmusic.com/spotify/details, I have no access to the playstation that I logged in to anymore.

You can unlink any devices attached to your Spotify account on the offline devices page of your account.

The playstation is not an offline device therefore it does not appear in that menu..
