How to upgrade from Duo to Family?

Currently my son & I are on a Premuim Duo plan and have been for a couple of years. Now that we have his older brother as well as my girlfriend living with us I want to upgrade to Premium Family but don't want doing that to have any effect on my son's and my personal accounts.
I searched the wizard and looked at FAQs but couldn't find an answer.
Any assistance would be greatly appreciated!

Hey @Pull_My_Strings, thanks for reaching out to the Community!

You can upgrade your plan by following these steps. Then, you’ll be able to send them an invite and have them join your new Family plan, just like you did with Premium Duo. When the plans are changed, at first, your son's account that was on the Premium Duo plan may need to reverify the address via email after joining the new Premium Family plan. However, he will not lose their saved content (playlists, liked songs, etc) when switching plans, so no worries there.
