How to wipe my history?

I just realized someone had hacked into my account, since apparently a few months ago. Probably because I reused an old password (my mistake). I've now changed my password and used the "log out everywhere" button, so I assume I'll be safe from now on.

But now my account's history and playlists are full of **bleep** from that person. Is there a way to completely wipe out all history and playlists from my account so I can restart from scratch? Thank you.

It's not possible to wipe your Spotify history. We recommend you just keep listening to your regular music and eventually your Spotify will be as good as new 🙂
