Howto request libspotify application key as a new user (Facebook connect only)

Hi there,

I am a new spotify user and did not have a plain spotify account so I used Facebook connect during the registration.

When requesting a libspotify application key on the https://developer.spotify.com/en/libspotify/application-key/ site I am asked for my login data and this can't be the facebook account.

I already "upgraded" to the 30days test period by providing payment data but this did not bring up any new options here.

So how can I get an application key?

I found a solution in a different thread concerning the request for username/password to use spotify with devices like Squeezebox, Sonos, etc.

Returns me a device id and the chance to create a password. Both work in the login form for the application key request.
