My Question or Issue

 I have a hulu account but my email for it is random letters not a real email (not sure why i did that). I only have access to hulu on my tv and when i try to find an email about the info in my email thats linked to my spotify,  i cant find anything and when i try on the hulu website it says they cant find my account. ive used all the correct credit card info and date of birth and all of what hulu asks when you need to retrieve the account ive looked everywhere
