Hulu & spotify

I have linked Hulu to my Spotify Premium Student account. However, whenever I try to create a new Hulu account, or link an existing account, it doesn’t work. It tells me to contact Spotify support. If you could please let me know why this is happening or what to do, that’d be greatly appreciated.
