Hulu with student premium

My Question or Issue

I can’t log into Hulu, it says there is no account with my information. It says I still have it with my plan and I’ve paid for it. How am I suppose to go about getting onto Hulu?

At first it says to start free trial and when I try to log in it says username/password not valid.
