Hello friend , 

I had the same problem earlier ,  just like you i already pay but my spotify wont go to premium acc. First step dont panic , just go to twitter if you have one and search for @spotifycares for spotify support just DM them and they will get back to you 🙂

What if u don't have Twitter? Have been on Premium for a few months & the last payment went thru but no matter what I do,  according to what Spotify says to do, it's says I'm free. Rather frustrating.
