I Accidently removed my profile picture and now i dont see a button to add it back

My Question or Issue

i accidently clicked on remove the picture and now i cant add it back.

the picture above does not show my cursor because its a screenshot but i aimed it over my empty profile picture and no buttons to "add picture" appeared it just stays like it is. wdid?

To update your profile picture follow the steps listed here. If you don't see the Change button, we recommend doing a clean reinstall of the app. 

If that doesn't work we suggest that you try with another device, if that's an option.
