I CAN'T GET INTO MY ACCOUNT??? HELP!!

Plan: Premium

Device: iPhone, Macbook, Tv, Console.

 

Hi,

 

I'm having a VERY annoying issue when trying to log into my account. I've tried resetting my password several times to which I do successfully, but it logs me into a free account with the same email (I think it has linked my facebook)??? This isn't the account that I'm trying to log in to? 

I have a premium plan with spotify and I have done for a few years now. I've never had this issue before? It's logged me out of every device (iphone, macbook, tv). 

 

PLEASE HELP ME!! I need to get back onto this account.

thanks for reaching out to the community !

 

Let's start off with a few basic steps.

 

Check out your account overview page (if possible) and click "Sign Out Everywhere".

 

Then visit and use the steps provided on this support page to locate all of the accounts listed with your details (you can skip straight to this part in case you can't log in).

This way you'll make sure you're using the right credentials.

 

If you're were unable to locate any extra accounts and have lost access, you can't try troubleshooting further steps through this support page.
