I Can not change my credit card information

I need to change my credit card information as I got a new one, but it is not possible to do in my account. The letters/figures in the card number box etc is gray and not possible to write over. Do you have any clue how to solve this problem. If not solved it will not be possible to pay for the month and my account will probably be closed by you (Spotify).

No, that doesn't help.  It allows to change coutry of payment, not credit card info. I really appreciate if you can help me solve that.
