Hello Spotify Community Team, i been here stuck trying to edit my profile but it said my email address has been taken.. can you please look back again at my account maybe there was a mistake between the server or browser cache

So you need to find the account that is currently using your email address. But, double check if you aren't doing any typo when you try to log in on your Spotify account.
After finding the account is using your email address, delete it, if you want, and then you'll be able to use this email address on wherever account you want.
