I Can't Log In

I can't log into my old account. I was previously linked to my facebook account, but somehow got disconnected. I tried using my facebook credentials but it didn't work. When I tried using my spotify account, it said that the account was linked to facebook. So here I am stuck in the middle of this void where my facebook credentials don't work, and it still thinks my old account is linked to facebook, which it's not. 

I know the username of my old account, Is there anyway I can get it back? I have my spotify family plan on there. Please help. 

I have tried changing my facebook password, it didnt work neither.

I recommend reaching out to Spotify Support. They can be reached through their Twitter Handle @SpotifyCares, Facebook Page Spotify Cares, or through the Anonymous Contact Form.

With this form, you can reach out to Spotify without having access to the account that you use. If you submit the contact form instead of the Twitter or Facebook Message, make sure to check your inbox and junk folder for an email from Spotify.
