I Don't Use Spotify and they are charging my debit card!!!!!

I'm extremely upset that Spotify is charging my debit card for an account I do not have with them AND when I try to contact them I get an automated response that is not helpful.  Any suggestions other than to cancel my card?  Thanks, Laura

You could possibly check with your facebook or email account, it should be connected to one of those. Search for spotify anything and once you find yourself able to log in on the physical spotify website, you should be able to find the subscription tab on the website and cancel any payments. Afterwards try to call spotify and see what couldve started that. Hope this helps
