I Got Hacked

My other account got hacked into. The original email was [redacted] . My email got changed to [redacted] . I did not make this change. I also had my facebook connected to my spotify account but that also seems to be blocked off by this person. Right after I paid for another months of subscription for my family, this person took my facebook off of my account. Please remember that the account that got hacked is NOT this account. It is another account that is currently under the email,[redacted] . Please remember that I was the original owner and I have previous payments to prove this. Help me please.
