I Have Lost All Access to My Account and I Can't Discontinue My Subscription

I used an old email address to register for Spotify. I then signed up for premium. Later my email was disconnected and my phone broke so now I have no way to access my account. I forgot my username and Spotify can't send an email to help me reset my password. I saw that my debit card got charged with the Premium fee, but I can't even log onto my account, nor can I stop the subscription. What should I do?
