I Have Someone Else's Account When Logged Into Mine

Hi,

This issue started last night.  Spotify randomly dumped all of my +'d songs and playlists, and most of my followed artists out of nowhere.  This occured while the program was open and currently playing a song.  When I went to the Songs list there was nothing there, and all of my followed artists from A-K were missing, while only half of the L-Z were present.

This morning when I logged in all of the +'d Songs now appear to be someone elses, and are songs and bands I've never heard of.  Some of my followed artists are still present in the Artists tab, but it's mixed in with others.

I also see "Listening on iPhone de Shadi" in the bottom right corner.

I'm on Windows 10 but this carries over when I try to look at the web player.
