I UNSUBSCRIBED last month and still got charged.

I UNSUBSCRIBED last month and still got charged.

I didn't want to pay the 9.99 for another month of spotify because I don't really have the money for it. Last month I UNSUBSCRIBED and I still got charged this month. I need my money back on my card! ASAP!

Is there any way to contact spotify because I unsubscribe to and they are still charging me as well..

Thanks for posting in the Spotify Community. 

The first thing to do is check your email for a Confirmation Email. Each user receives one after cancelling their Spotify subscription.

No. That is not true. Spotify does not send you a confirmation e-mail. I unsubscribed my premium-account on October 30th. (I know this because I sent my sister a whatsapp). I was also sure I unsubscribed because Spotify suggest a playlist for me "to stay friends" and a family plan, in case I want to save money. I alsosaw the page with "Hopelijk tot snel", which means Hope to see you soon in Dutch. So I thought it is unsubscribed. But today I received an email that Paypal had authorized my payment- I have to pay again this month. 9,99€ is quite a lot of money, especially for a student. We don't have student discount here/ yet. Now, I just unsubscribed my premium account again and I have not received a confirmation email! This also happened to my another friend, she was sure she unsubscribed the premium and yet she had to pay for another month.
